TaylorMade Burner Driver with Great Look and Feel

Every year, more and more clubs are coming out in promising longer and straighter drives. The Burner bloodline runs deep at TaylorMade. The first TaylorMade Burner Driver was introduced in 1983, and was quickly embraced by golfers of all skill levels for its remarkable blend of power and forgiveness.

This TaylorMade Burner 09 Driver has a great look and feel. The head is massive, but so light that it doesn't feel that way in your hands. The super-light shaft really allows you to swing faster which equals greater distance. The large head is also very forgiving. I can see the ball marks on my club and despite being all over the face most shots travel long and straight.

The Taylor Made Burner Driver has TaylorMade's Inverted Cone Technology (ICT), allowing for more accuracy and distance on off-center hits. The Burner TP features a bullet-shaped 460cc titanium head, a 1 degree open clubface and SuperFast club technology which incorporates an extremely light and long shaft helping to promote a faster swing speed for more drive crushing power.

With initial day of testing behind testers decided they wanted more feedback. Armed with the TaylorMade Burner Driver sale they went over to a crowded range on a Saturday morning and let all kinds of players give it a run out there. Almost every one of the golfers commented on the head shape and how it is not really traditional but because of the creative graphics placement, when you setup you get the feeling that you are standing over a traditional shaped head.

In fact, the high handicappers seemed to enjoy the Burner club and the control more than any of the other clubs they have tried. People that fought control off the tee reported back that they were hitting the ball straighter than before with the Taylormade Burner. If you are a high to mid-handicapper looking to add some distance and consistency to your drive, your club has arrived.
