Taylormade's new RBZ Irons are aiming at providing extreme distance for every player. It is said by thaylormade that each club in this set is designed to promote maximum ball speed and unspeakable accuracy. 

While the name of the line results in plenty of chuckles the performance of the line appears to be no joke.  I've had the opportunity to play the TaylorMade RBZ Irons over the past 10+ rounds and these are my opinions on the look, feel, and overall capabilities of the clubs.

The higher the COR is, the higher ball speed will be obtained. And faster ball speed will certainly lead to more distance. This is one of the reasons why they say the cheap RBZ Irons can gte more distance.

It also features TaylorMade's Inverted Cone Technology that has been milled directly into the back of the RBZ Driver clubface this helps to make the sweetspot bigger, which means more forgiveness on off-centre hits. There is also a Tour version model, which the likes of Jason Day and Camilo Villegas will be using in 2012. 

The new TaylorMade RBZ Driver will replace the successful Burner SuperFast 2.0, and while it retains the striking white colour the new product offers a level of adjustability not previously seen in a driver.
