My word!..your all lookinf fairly alet this evening..i see some of you are really making an effort here with your training programmes..did you manage to get hold of that skipping rope folks?..oh well that's a start!..you've taken the first step well done!..you have to give a bit to get a bit i find...manner from heaven is increasingly difficult to come across these days..but there's hope if you endure..okay for this evenings teaching i've spent a little time thinking about how we might compliment our training schedules and build on that success, so in addition to our programmes..if we could take a look at what we're eating?..what's our diet like these days?.

It's important these day'sthat we eat a healthy and balanced diet because you are what you eat..and a good way to re-take control of our bodies is to ensure we get essential vitamins and nutrition from the food we eat..now over the years we've fallen into soem fairly lousy eating habbits, junk food, fast food has all the nutritional value of a card board box people!..what are you thinking?..junk food is not going to provide the sustenance you require to lead healthy active lives..can i make a suggestion?..can we stop eating junk food just for a couple of weeks..i promise you on the word of god you will not be dissapointed..okay i know it's hard and you don't wanna hear it but if we set out with mind set..we're on course for sucess here!.

I wonder what we're putting into our shopping trolleys folks?..choc biscuits?..cream cakes?..hydrogenated and saturated fats?..swiss rolls?..come on you know better than that i hope?..i think if this is the problem you've grown very attached to this comfort eating...we may need to look at prayer and fasting to resolve this issue..in any event i think if we continue with our training and begin a gradual decrease in our comfort eating accompanied by regular prayer we could begin to see a result..i know it's difficult but come on..your not really trying are you?.

It's clear some of you are'nt happy with your present lifestyles..i know some of you want better than your seeing today..you can do this.maybe as we travel down the shopping lanes if we can give the cake section a miss and perhaps head toward the fruit section?..forget the cream filled biscuits..let's see a fruit bowl in your living rooms..give it prominence and pride of place, equally, let's try to ensure the food we eat is wholesome and go hungry sometimes..have a cereal and fruit day instead and couple that with your excercise but try to avoid doing too much too soon and consult your doctor before you excercise please...what we're looking for here is a gradual improvement to your diets and lifestyles in general and listen to what your body is telling you..if you can't feel what it's telling you then all the more reason to get bust with the programme.

Do take on vitamin supplements and cod liver oil for stiff joints also...i often find an out of condition body often reflects an out of condition mind..clearly there are health issues which limit activities some people are capable of..but for the rest of you..your simply spoilt and soft bodied because you have a cream cake mentality..it's time to make a change!..some of you have a slipper and pipe mentality..you've simply given up on yourselves!..let's pray..oh father we thank you for this teaching tonight lord..lord i ask you watch over the flock as they go shopping..especially as they near the cream cake and biscuit section..lord i pray you tug at their hearts lord..lest they become like the queen of egypt..grossly overweight..lord watch them as they load these destructive food stuffs into their shopping trolleys and heap upon themselves layers of of fat..which is likely to lead to health problems in later life..lord we pray you guide your children and cause them to desire good wholesome and natural food..in jesus name Amen aten Disc Amun.

okay in closing folks if i may thank you once again for your time..it's been wonderful seeing you all here again tonight..i have to tell you i'm very impressed with the effort i've witnessed here tonight and in previous teachings..i'm very proud of you all..well done (rapturous applause)

Hi again everybody please do come in and make yourselves comfortable..again it's a big welcome as always from word of god ministries here in Birmingham England..did you bring your bibles tonight?..okay we need to be opening the holy scripture at erm...i think for tonights teaching we may go for something edifying...one of the things we're careful not to do at cyberwog is offend or alienate the flock..and from my experience i find many pastors nowadays tend to rely too heavily on the threat element of the bible in order to persaude the sheep in to the fold..i find a more gentle appraoch is sometimes more productive..nonetheless open your bibles at revelation please.

Okay firstly i think it may be usefull if we get to know each other and so tonight i would like to set out our objectives here..Cyber w.o.g is one of the fastest growing ministries  in the west ..i mean in England, we make it our business to cater for all races and creeds...and one of the benefits with an internet based church is that for those of you who are still stuggling with racism on a personal level and indeed those of you who feel your too good to mix it with the rest of the congregation is that we don't actaully have to put up with you..it also offers increased flexibility and has little adverse affect on your day to day lives..equally. you don't need put on your sunday best and bump into those people you'd prefer avoiding frankly..so there is that.

I'm just thinking we have no idea of attendance here..i wonder if we might have some type of counter so as to monitor attendance levels..there's little point in casting pearls before swine and we're constantly looking for new ways in which to improve service delivery to the flock as it were,i think i may have to e-mail the host of this site and impress upon them the need to maintain attendance levels..it'ssomthing to think of for the future perhaps..okay back to tonights service...please do take your seats..for refreshments please go to your kitchens for a cuppa or a nice cold ice cold beer.

Firstly has'nt it been a lovely day?  superb glorious rays out today man..have you been worshipping the sun disc today guy's..oh that's great..a good source of vitamins you know..it may be worth pointing out that as our ministry develops i hope to feature on Dionysus son of Zeus and ruler of mount olympus..the king of gods and absolute ruler..and as we begin to open the eyes of our understanding..we can begin to trade in our confusion and doubts and look afresh at our committment to the one true living god..as it stands there is a beautifull rich history pre-dating that of the jesus of the scripture, however. there is a mystery here! (pause).don't think for a minute that jesus is consigned to the history books or the bible for that matter, as though you've somehow outgrown the need for messaih...because i can tell you.. your mistaken!..you serpents!..every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that jesus christ is lord to the glory of god the father..give him praise in da house of god!.(applause)

I also wish to feature on the state of the world as we hurtle headlong into the end time as it were..the big end..end of days as it's known..we may also feature on plagues and god's chastisement of a wicked world which will not repent of it's wickedness..and while i agree with most preachers that we are not going through hell on earth..it serves as little comfort for those caught up in mighty earthquakes of flooding or famine in third world countries..i imagine they are in hell from where they're sitting..so it pays to remember who feels it knows it..can iget a witness.(applause)

Okay let's pray..our father we thank you for you love toward us your children, lord my cup runneth over tonight..well foaming beer tankard actually but i thank you for the wonderous work you are doing amongst your people lord, lord we ask for deliverence
today..set us free from these chains of sin lord...pleeeaaase forgive us lord and make us vessels for your spirit that we may reach out to others..abracadabra with your message of hope in a cess pit of a world..in jesus name we count on you father to deliver..come on dad..i mean lord. Amen. Amun.
